Sr. level candidate generation or prospecting recruiter with expertise in sourcing and recruiting and ability to ramp very quickly on client profiles and processes. Responsible for sourcing, screening, assessing and submitting direct to Hiring Manager. Involved in regular account/client management and interaction. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience sourcing for high-level software engineers
