A home gym equipment company is looking for local Customer Service Representatives who will be able to work remote! They are located in Vancouver, Washington and are looking for candidates with experience working in Call Centers!

Job Description:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls (40-60 daily)
  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding the tracking and order status of their workout equipment
  • Update customers on whether or not equipment has shipped, when it should arrive, and if anything is on back order
  • Answer calls from customers who want to cancel their orders
  • Answer technical support questions and troubleshoot equipment
  • Follow schematics to walk customers through home equipment repair procedures
  • Documenting call information via data entry into their database
  • Providing outstanding customer services to current and prospective clients
  • Communicate with internal customers via phone and Microsoft Outlook

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Call Center
  • Ability to work with multiple computer programs and screens at once (between 4-5)
  • Computer Savvy
  • Strong technical abilities

Pay:

  • $18/hr during training
  • $18.75/hr once training is over
