Description:

The Marketing Coordinator will provide support to the marketing department, and work with internal stakeholders, as well as external vendors as needed, to help achieve marketing objectives and reach company goals. Regularly working with and communicating with the sales reps.

  • The majority of this role will be organization and coordination with the sales and marketing team to set up events. Essentially this role can be broken down into 4 parts.
  • Event Management: Adhering to identified budget, coordinator is responsible for resourcing, planning, and promotional activities pre/during/post event for industry specific tradeshows and in-territory sales events.
  • Campaign Management: Assist team with execution of one-off and multi-touch campaigns across relevant marketing channels.
  • Program Management: Ensure that cost, schedule and scope of activities are supportive of overall marketing plan and strategies. Coordinate communication flow toward program objectives.
  • Reporting: Identify ROI and effectiveness of events and campaign activities, make recommendations based on findings and results to help drive continuous improvement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative and event coordination or trade show coordination experience
  • Proven ability to be highly organized and multitask
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ability to learn MRP systems
  • scheduling and calendaring experience
  • Ability to maintain effective communication with multiple departments (Sales, Marketing etc.)
