Job - Machine Operator Lv III
Pay - $18/hr - $24/hr
It is essential for all employees to adhere to Company policies.
A. Operate a variety of machinery to fabricate component parts.
B. Perform difficult set-ups and change-overs on equipment to close and complex tolerances and may include numerical control and/or robot programming.
C. Monitor output and proper operation of mechanical equipment. Makes mechanical and/or program adjustments to ensure parts are meeting quantity and quality requirements as necessary.
D. Conduct regular quality audits of parts produced by measuring and inspecting components to tight tolerances.
E. Knowledge and awareness to comply with all standard OSHA and State safety regulations and policies, RE: Lock Out Tag procedures for all types of equipment, proper handling of solvents and chemicals according to MSDS sheets, vision, hearing and respiratory protection, and proper lifting techniques as may be required within the scope of the job at hand. Mix chemical solutions.
F. Prepare recommendations to modify processes to improve productivity and quality.
G. Train operators in work area as needed.

$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS 30 DAYS AFTER EMPLOYMENT (they are looking to take people on direct after 30 days if hitting benchmarks, so 60 total days after hired through Aerotek)

• Monday-Friday 230pm-1am
Punch Press Operator (8)
• Monday-Friday 4am-230pm OR 230pm-1am
• Wednesday-Saturday 4am-230pm
• Wednesday-Saturday 230pm-1am
