Description:
Customer Care Representative is responsible for checking truck drivers in and out of the cold storage facility and communicating with both warehouse and office staff. High attention to detail when entering data, tracking orders and the ability to calmly navigate multiple priorities is imperative. Daily use of MS office and internal proprietary WMS system. Emailing customers and speaking with them on the phone as needed.
