Description:

The IVR development and architecture team are looking to add two on shore resources after the team has started moving away from utilizing off shore resources. The TWO IVR developers that the team is looking to add will be responsible for developing contact center call flows within the NICE InContact Studio. These developers do not need to be specifically within NICE as this team will train someone who comes from a Genesis or Cisco IVR development role where they will get access to vendor training and lab environments.

Experience within a combination of the following technologies will be needed to be successful in this role.

In order to do so, this person must have extensive experience in the engineering and development of the following technologies:

• Hands-on experience with administration and configuration of Contact Center platforms preferably Nice InContact

• Preferred experience with Nice InContact Studio, CxOne

• Solid understanding of CTI concepts

• Knowledge of integration with CRMs such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics

• Experience with usage and implementation of REST APIs

• Accountable and self-driven

• Highly organized with excellent communication skills

• Ability to analyze and improve process

• Design Thinking for long term, bigger picture, scalability and ease of maintenance

• Experienced with Agile work flow methodologies.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS


Additional Skills & Qualifications:
