JOB DESCRIPTION:
Now seeking talented individuals with exceptional customer
service skills to permanently join a National Pet Hospital in their national
headquarters! Our client was voted one of the best companies to work for in
Vancouver, Washington and they offer competitive pay, diversity, and amazing
benefits. Pay is $17 hourly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outbound and inbound calls to customers
- Retention of customers to Wellness Plans
- Engage sales tactics to retain customers
- Educating customers on benefits of continuing with Pet Wellness Plan
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Experience handling escalated calls
- Bilingual in English/Spanish HIGHLY PREFERRED but not required
- Ability to type 35 WPM or greater
- Internet download speed of 85 mbps

Able to work the between the following hours:
Monday-Friday
- 6AM - 6PM PST
- 7AM- 7PM MST
- 8AM- 8PM CST
- 9AM- 9PM EST
