We are currently interviewing for an experienced Project Coordinator to support our 3 Sales Reps in our Mission Critical Division. This is done via phone, email and occasionally in person. You will interact with all departs and must be a team player to be successful. Juggling and problem solving are a big asset. This is a support role, focusing on understanding, meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers & sales team. Excellent communication skills are very important. You will need to multitask and manage your priorities, with customers always first. In this position you will play a fundamental role in assisting the Mission Critical team. Duties & Responsibilities: Include but not limited to the following: • Answering phone and email communications quickly and completely • Ability to shuffle schedule and priorities ongoing throughout the day • Monitor the progress of projects to ensure on-time completion and follow-up as needed • Job Costing, Invoicing and expense report reconciliation. • Logistics -coordinate delivery of materials, scheduling of equipment and occasionally labor • Order and occasionally pickup miscellaneous parts • Milestone invoicing for payment • Convert quotes to orders in ERP, archive quotes and completed jobs from Job folders • Create Submittals/ Quotes and Owners Manuals • Reliable, punctual, strong work ethic and self-motivated • Build long term mutually beneficial relationships with our customers and other departments • Create weekly sales reports in ERP for Sales and monthly reports for Management Team • Experience with MS Office Suite, and Adobe PDF manipulation • Limited travel to jobsites or other Mascott Branches

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Education - Some college preferred • Experienced - 2 years of Construction or Project Coordinating skills • Microsoft Office – Outlook & Excel a must. Adobe. Good computer & technical skills required • Strong mechanical aptitude; with Mechanical or Equipment knowledge helpful • Ability to read blueprints/drawings – Auto CAD 3D Solid Modeling is a plus • Previous manufacturing, construction, Mission Critical or Aviation Fuel System experience a plus
