Aerotek's client is looking for a Material Handler to join their team!


Job Duties include-


- Check email correspondence for demo wafer requests

- Collect demo wafers from CDOCK and deliver to wafer storage room

- Unpack and verify tracking information

- Enter Label information into TagView system

- Label wafers with relevant info and RFID labels

- Email wafer owners with relevant info after wafer has been logged in TagView and labeled with RFID

- Make oneself available at designated times for wafer pickup

- Deliver wafers to owners if applicable


- Gathering of reclaim FOUP/FOSB from APPS lab designated location

- Removal of non-compliant labels from FOUP/FOSB

- Labeling of FOUP/FOSB with compliant labels

- Consolidation of wafers within FOUP/FOSB

- Binning of ID Lot to designated storage locations

- Notifying WRS when binning locations reach shippable limit

- Remove reclaim wafers from lab and organize in wafer storage room

Lab Support inventory control

- Maintain inventory levels needed for lab support items relevant to metrology and wafer cleaving

- Order items when necessary

- Maintain minimum stock quantities

- Maintain spreadsheet with inventory information

- Adhere to lab budget

Penalty cage program

- Daily walk of lab to identify wafers not conforming with best practices

- Movement of wafer in and out of penalty cage

- Documentation tracking for wafers subject to penalty program

- Transfer wafer lots between buildings B and D

Wand Replacement

- Replace wafer wand and components upon request

Lab Cleanliness

- Daily safety and housekeeping walk

- Submit RMBWA when necessary


Materials Handling, Clean room, MS Office, excel 2003, customer service oriented, Material Handling, Semiconductor, Lab Equipment

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Able to lift 30-40lbs on occasion.

Good interpersonal communication as they will interface with the product groups and have to audit a lot of their processes

Computer Skills

• Candidate must be proficient and specialized in computer system Microsoft skills; Excel, word, outlook and PowerPoint

• Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
