Job Title: Forklift Operator - A Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator. Join our team to play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in handling FDA regulated products.
Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up forklifts to manage inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Pick full pallets and properly store products.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure compliance with GMP/SOP standards.
- Identify and correct mistakes in handling and storage processes.
Essential Skills
- Experience operating stand-up and high-reach forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with computer systems and RF Scanners.
- Stable work history with experience in warehouse operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with GMPs/SOPs is a bonus.
- Experience with SAP or inventory management systems is advantageous.

Work Environment
The position is based in a large, semi-climate-controlled 500,000 square foot warehouse, designed to maintain product quality. Air conditioning is provided in the summer, although no heating is available in winter due to product temperature requirements. The warehouse serves as a distribution hub for chocolate manufacturing products.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
