AP Analyst

Position Title: Accounts Payable Analyst

Pay: $28/hr. - $32/hr. 

Location: Bryn Mawr, PA 

Industry: Utilities   

One of Aston Carter's prominent clients in the utilities industry is looking to add an AP Analyst to their team. The most qualified candidates will have experience with vendor master data maintenance and SAP.

Responsibilities Include: 

• This AP Analyst will be supporting the AP group with cleansing vendor master data and setting up ACH payment processes.
• Must haves:

- SAP

- Accounts payable

- Vendor master data maintenance includes vendor master data cleansing to update accurate information and vendor record oversight for monitoring vendor records. This includes verifying vendor names, addresses, contact info and tax IDs.

- Setting up and updating ACH processes

- 2 & 3 way match

- Review and analyze AP invoices, purchase orders and contracts to ensure proper documentation and compliance
