The Customer Service Representative communicates regularly with both internal and external customers and is expected to be professional and respectful at all times.
Job Duties:
- Provide customers with quotes on catalog items, product/service availability, lead times, and/or tracking using the company pricing systems and policies
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, concerns, etc. in a way that leaves the customer with a feeling of satisfactory resolution, and involving management when necessary
- Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are necessary as well as accuracy in entering customer orders and verifying the data is entered correctly
- Stay current with new and existing product development
- Capable of working independently within a team environment
- Represent the company in a way that projects an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding
Monday - Friday; 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Customer Service experience in the manufacturing industry a plus
- Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment
