The Customer Service Representative communicates regularly with both internal and external customers and is expected to be professional and respectful at all times.

Job Duties:

  • Provide customers with quotes on catalog items, product/service availability, lead times, and/or tracking using the company pricing systems and policies
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, concerns, etc. in a way that leaves the customer with a feeling of satisfactory resolution, and involving management when necessary
  • Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are necessary as well as accuracy in entering customer orders and verifying the data is entered correctly
  • Stay current with new and existing product development
  • Capable of working independently within a team environment
  • Represent the company in a way that projects an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding

Monday - Friday; 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Customer Service experience in the manufacturing industry a plus
  • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment
