This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls from existing customers regarding account information and offering information to potential customers.
Job Duties include:
- Taking new applications and processing payments via phone
- Documenting customer concerns and problems
- Basic data entry and follow up mail & email correspondence
- Perform account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests
- Accurately explain the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient Data Entry and Computer Literacy
- Some type of customer service related experience
- Positive demeanor and customer Service Skills
- Strong attendance history and reliable transportation
- HS Diploma or GED
