This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls from existing customers regarding account information and offering information to potential customers.

Job Duties include:

  • Taking new applications and processing payments via phone
  • Documenting customer concerns and problems
  • Basic data entry and follow up mail & email correspondence
  • Perform account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests
  • Accurately explain the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient Data Entry and Computer Literacy
  • Some type of customer service related experience
  • Positive demeanor and customer Service Skills
  • Strong attendance history and reliable transportation
  • HS Diploma or GED
