Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Join a dynamic procurement team as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, where you'll lead sourcing initiatives and drive value across a range of categories. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end sourcing engagements, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and negotiate impactful supplier agreements.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage a pipeline of low to medium complexity sourcing projects
• Lead RFPs, RFIs, and supplier negotiations with a strategic mindset
• Partner with category leads to streamline sourcing plans and supplier consolidation
• Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance and scalability
• Support high-complexity engagements and assist with PO/requisition creation

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience with RFP/RFI processes and supplier engagement
• Proficiency in MS Office; Oracle experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
