Digital Design Developer

The Digital Design Developer will be responsible to execute business objectives to enhance engagement and leads throughout the US NAM website user experience using industry cutting-edge technology, creativity, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Work creatively and collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders to design, execute and manage digital projects from concept through completion
• Must have extensive knowledge of digital design, HTML, Sass/SCSS/CSS preprocessors, and JS/jQuery
• Proficient in use of Figma for all digital design layouts
• Design/development knowledge of digital responsive layouts
• Website code-outs and development within SHS website CMS (Scrivito)
• Ensure digital design usability, user interface (UI), user accessibility, and user experience (UX) best practices
• Ensure brand compliance in all deliverables

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in a digital design related field or relevant digital design experience
• 5-8 years of professional digital design experience in an agency or corporate creative department
• Ability to work well in a highly-matrixed organization; experienced in collaborating and working professionally with colleagues, peers, stakeholders, external agencies and management to share knowledge and best practices
• Must have extensive knowledge of digital design
• Solid understanding of web best practices, information design, usability, and user experience
• Proficient in the use of Figma App and Adobe creative suite
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery, and the capabilities of web browsers
• Ability to consult with stakeholders, and apply direction to digital design
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize numerous projects with tight deadlines; extremely detail -oriented and highly organized
• Stays current with industry and digital design knowledge; demonstrates keen interest in new techniques, digital design trends and software
• Must have excellent communications and presentations skills
