Can only sit on site in Pittsburgh, PA and must be in office a minimum of 3 days x week.


1.6-8 years as a business systems analyst gathering and creating functional and non-functional requirements with and user stories/acceptance criteria.
2. Agile environment experience (user story writing)
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to be articulate/assertive and interact well with the business.
4. Experience working in a highly regulated environment
5. 6-8 years Data mapping and process mapping
6. JIRA and Confluence experience


Job Description

Client is looking to add 4 BA's to their team on a potential contract to hire basis. These BA's will be on the business operations team that reports to the head of Technology. A large event PNC went through this year was the URSIT exam (Uniform Rating System for Information Technology) to see how they are complying with regulatory guidelines. While there where findings associated with the exam that need addressed, they also need to transform how they think about risk and embed risk within technology at the bank.

They have mapped 46 programs to tech policies and as a result of that mapping there is a set of work to include people, process, and technology changes to make sure what they said what they are going do on paper to the regulators is coming to life.

There are numerous Pillars of programs to include architecture, strategy, program/project management, information lifecycle governance, how they run change problem / incident management, among others.

Their goal is to stand up a control tower that helps them take the work sets from those 46 programs and redlines, and turn it into a release calendar that has an action plan behind it that they can manage with rigor and discipline to show regulators they are addressing the findings and beyond. They will also be creating a methodical way of transforming culture.

They have E&Y doing a lot of control mapping and risk work, but turning it from paper into plans is where they need help. This will be a "war room" / high pressure environment, and candidates must be comfortable with executives walking into the room and discuss updates.

The BA's will be assisting with putting together the execution plan.
