Opportunity: Battery Swap Project – Data Center Environment

Join a hands-on project involving the replacement of approximately 9,000 UPS batteries, each weighing between 110–120 lbs. This is a physically active role ideal for individuals who are motivated, and eager to gain experience in the world of DC power systems and data centers. No prior experience is required—on-the-job training will be provided, along with formal online training to get you up to speed.

What to Expect:

• 🕗 Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with potential for 1–2 hours of overtime daily
• 📅 Duration: 6+ month contract-to-hire
• ✈️ Travel: This role involves travel to various project sites. Candidates must be comfortable with regular travel and staying on location as needed.
• 🚗 Transportation: Must have your own reliable transportation
• ✅ Compliance: Drug test and BGC
• 🧰 Tools Needed: Basic hand tools
• 💻 Training: Online training provided at the start of the assignment
