Main Responsibilities
• Administrative Support:Handle administrative requests and inquiries from Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations
• Report Generation:Generate reports for managing KPIs and specific reports, including discrepancies within the department, to facilitate decision-making and improve efficiency
• Daily Management:Manage departmental daily reports, incoming emails, and respond in a timely manner to ensure effective communication and workflow
• Positive Representation:Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times, fostering a positive work environment
• Adaptability:Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success
• Health & Safety Compliance:Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues
