Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representative
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: On-site | Pittston, PA
We are currently hiring Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representatives to join a growing, customer‑focused team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced call center environment and are committed to delivering high‑quality service with a one‑call resolution mindset.
Overview
- Provide prompt, professional service while maintaining industry‑leading customer experience standards
- Efficiently multitask across systems while handling calls, documentation, and follow‑ups
- Collaborate within a team‑driven environment focused on customer satisfaction and company growth
- Demonstrate consistent dependability, attention to detail, and strong time management
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from existing clients regarding their insurance policies, including:
- Policy changes and account updates
- Autopay setup and billing inquiries
- Retention and save‑the‑account efforts
- Grow and maintain strong client relationships
- Accurately and timely enter inbound leads and client information
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- 2+ years of call center experience (no degree required)
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong customer service skills with a confident, personable communication style
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and professionalism
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and consistency
- Ability to quickly build rapport and effectively handle diverse customer needs

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
