🔧 Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll start with essential wiring tasks and gradually advance into more technical responsibilities like schematic interpretation and complex wiring systems.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
As an Electrical Assembler, you will:
✅ Perform cutting, crimping, and stripping of wires with precision
✅ Gain exposure through cross-training in multiple assembly areas
✅ Learn advanced skills including reading schematics and detailed wiring
✅ Contribute to high-quality electrical assembly processes

✔ Experience in electrical assembly
✔ Ability to read blueprints and schematics
✔ Basic understanding of electricity and wiring systems

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.03 - $22.00/hr.
