Must Haves:

• 1+ Years of Customer Service Experience - Call Center or Service Industry
• Microsoft Office Experience
• High Volume Inbound Calls
• Work Independently, Efficiently, and Fast

Job Description:

• Respond to customer service inquires, request, complaints, inbound calls and emails
• Estimated 80 minimum calls per day
• Required to dispatch call to appropriate department
• Resolve all issues in a timely manner
• Calls will be regarding to scheduling, billing, service, ETA's for dumpster deliveries
• Utilize pricing sheets to price containers for customers
• Enter service and route data into computer for billing and scheduling purposes
• Create new orders for both residential and commercial
• All info will be entered in database "trucks" - they will train for this
