Looking for Customer Service Representatives to assist in a clean and tech savvy call center environment in Chambersburg, PA. Reps will be taking all inbound calls, primarily dealing with questions regarding warranty on products. They will be taking approximately 75-100 calls per day; It can be very fast paced depending on day of the week and time of year. Reps will also be dealing with chat and email features in addition to the calls, so typing skills need to be no less than 40WPM on a test that will be sent prior to consideration for interview.
Any knowledge or experience with cookware or being in the kitchen would be a benefit due to the nature of the products being represented.
These openings will be working 9:30a-6p in office starting in March 7.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
HS Diploma required. Prior Call Center experience is preferred. Additionally, they will need to have at least retail or some type of customer service experience. Must be good with computers, MS Office (Word, Excel and Data Entry). They use company system but will be trained on the system during their first few weeks. Looking for someone who can come in and "hit the phones." Excellent attendance and multi tasking skills are a must.
