- Greet visitors entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them - Answer incoming calls and route them to the proper extensions - Schedule inspections - Scan and file invoices - Collect payments and follow up with customers, when needed - Complete other administrative duties (filing, data entry, etc.), as requested
