Job Type: Payroll Clerk

Location: Conshohocken, PA

Compensation: $19-$21/hr

A leading organization in the Conshohocken area is looking to add a Payroll Clerk to their ever-growing team. This Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll, updating direct deposits and addressing payroll discrepancies within ADP.

What you’ll do: 

• Payroll processing
• Update direct deposit info for employees
• Processing voided direct deposits and help reissue as checks to employees where necessary
• Create check batches
• Operate within ADP system and within Microsoft Excel

What you’ll bring: 

• 1+ years of professional payroll experience
• Associate degree in accounting or business or equivalent training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams with a positive outlook, in a fast-paced manufacturing company.
• Excellent project management, time management, and organization skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP accounting softwares.
