Payroll Clerk

Aston Carter has an immediate opening for a Payroll Clerk for our large client in Conshohocken, PA. This Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll, updating direct deposits and addressing payroll discrepancies within ADP.

Job description:

- Payroll processing

- Update direct deposit info for employees

- Processing voided direct deposits and help reissue as checks to employees where necessary

- Create check batches

- Operate within ADP system and within Microsoft Excel

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Associate's degree

- 1+ years of experience with payroll processing and addressing payroll discrepancies

- 1+ years of experience with updating direct deposit information for employees

- 6+ months of experience with voiding direct deposit information and reissuing checks as necessary

- 6+ months of experience with creating check batches

- 1+ years of experience within a payroll ERP or system
