How You Will Make an Impact:

The Customer Service Representative / Support position requires a lot of attention to detail and comfortable with changing schedules.

Essential Job Functions:

The main duties of this position include interacting with customers via email/phone, teaching customers about the company's products (filing systems, cabinets, etc.), processing orders and credits, forming pricing quotes on the products, and entering the orders. This position will also work with the engineering department on new products. Pricing, design, and overall format of the products. Software that is company-specific will be used for a lot of these duties. The programs are called Macola and E-Synergy. Training will be provided on this software. Basic drawings will be performed within these programs to create product designs.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' Customer Service experience
  • Data Entry / Order Processing experience
  • Computer skills / minor Excel experience
  • Retail experience preferred

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minor CAD experience or interior design
  • Lead/Supervisor experience

Education:

  • High School Diploma
