Day to day responsibilities working in Exton branch performing property restoration services with a focus on water damage.
This is a general construction laborer. They will be doing demolition, clean up -- basically anything associated with construction labor.
Labor intensive construction job that requires a lot of hours of work each week. Could be ripping up wet carpet one day, removing damaged furniture and sucking up water that is on the floor.
Will use water moisture meter (be taught how to do this). If someone knows how to really utilize a smart phone, they can pick up on this.
Will use computers to enter basic job/project information.

Required to be on one’s feet all day, with the exception of driving to and from job sites

o Handling of dehumidifiers on a daily basis (50+ lbs)
o Heavy lifting on a regular basis
• Required to stoop, kneel, and reach constantly
• Required to crawl frequently
• Repetitive use of both hands and both feet constantly
