Looking for a sharp and tech savvy individual to be the ""gatekeeper" for the Senior Vice President. They will be assisting in helping to keep the individual organized. With Reporting and compling data into reports for the Senior VP. This adminsitrative assistant will have a Monday- Friday schedule 8:30am-5pm with possibility of working before or after hours. This is a long term contract for now. This person will be in a demanding position they will be responsible for reporting in excel (must be familair with advanced excel skills Ex: pivot tables, formulas). answering the phones, doing projects for the office like running reports and creating reports. This person is expected to work independently which comes with a lot of soft skills to take note of: professionalism, reliablity, eager, willing to go above and beyond without being asked, outside the box type of thinker.
