The Recovery Specialist is responsible for calling on past due accounts to inquire and set up a billing payment structure. The vast majority of their calls will be outbound. The goal of the call is to notify the consumer of the past due balance and work with them to set up a necessary payment plan to resolve the balance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Not looking for anyone with a specific kind of experience - will train anyone who is eager to get into a long-term professional customer service setting
HS Diploma or GED
Strong attendance record
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to politely "push back" on a consumer
