Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service representative will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calls from consumers. The calls will be to make payments, inquire about healthcare services rendered, questions on EOB's and bills, follow-up on billing issues, etc. These are 1st party calls, and the rep will be acting as a liaison for one of the many partner hospitals in the area.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
2+ years customer service or call center experience
Prior experience in healthcare is preferred
Basic knowledge of insurance and billing terminology (deductibles, copays, etc.)
Strong attendance record absolutely required
