Description:

This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls from existing customers regarding account information and offering information to potential customers.


Job Duties include: Taking new applications and processing payments via phone, documenting customer concerns and problems, updating and changing account holder information, basic data entry and follow up mail & email correspondence.

• Performs account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests

• Accurately explains the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account

• Prepares reports including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report

Demonstrating your ability to proactively address customer requests and explain terms and condition you will quickly become a top performing member of our team with opportunities to become a CSR II or CSR III.


Position offers Monday-Friday day shift hours paying $16/hr. In the role you will also enjoy 6 major paid holidays, accrual of PTO, and opportunity to sign up for subsidized healthcare benefits.

Schedule:

The schedule for this role is M-F 8am-4:30pm OR 8:30am-5pm OR 9am-5:30pm OR 9:30am-6pm --- no overnights and no weekends!!!


THIS ROLE IS ON SITE AND WILL REQUIRE YOU TO COMMUTE TO AND FROM THE HARRISBURG, PA FACILITY
