Description:
The Office Clerk will be a supportive role assisting with reception duties, filing, invoicing, etc. Job Duties - Answer incoming phone calls - Maintain office supplies and order when necessary - Mail – Make mail ready for post office, go to the post office, sort incoming mail - Daily Cash receipts: Maintain & distribute daily cash receipts report Process daily remote deposit transactions - Billing: Enter & maintain Sales Order status Process daily A/R invoicing Submit customer invoicing via 3rd party portal applications as needed - E-orders: Process E-order deposit invoicing Maintain status of E-order deposits by customer Process final E-order invoicing prior to shipment - Assist with quotes as needed - Transmittals for parts books - Issue Credit application letters as directed - Order shop supplies - Filing – Sales orders, accounting invoice copy, accounts payable - Calculate bill of materials and enter in Sage as directed - Various accounting/office jobs as they are made available Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm 1 hour unpaid lunch Dress code: business casual (no jeans)
