Customer Success Manager

Aston Carter is hiring for an Account Manager in Middletown, PA.

Job Description:

• Be the main point of contact for the Client on their account within the company.
• Build a strong rapport with clients - understand their business needs, products and strategies.
• Drive results and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with fulfillment team to manage client specific service level agreements for all aspects of the workflow
• Address all "escalations" and/or ensure that they are properly communicated with the management team for resolution.
• Obtain client forecasts and communicate information.
• Audit client forecasting.

Skills:

• 1-3 years of Account Management Experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• E-commerce, distribution and/or strong management experience is a plus.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient with all MS Office applications - especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience Level:

• Intermediate Level
