Aston Carter is hiring for an Account Manager in Middletown, PA.
Job Description:
- Be the main point of contact for the Client on their account within the company.
- Build a strong rapport with clients - understand their business needs, products and strategies.
- Drive results and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with fulfillment team to manage client specific service level agreements for all aspects of the workflow
- Address all "escalations" and/or ensure that they are properly communicated with the management team for resolution.
- Obtain client forecasts and communicate information.
- Audit client forecasting.
Skills:
- 1-3 years of Account Management Experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- E-commerce, distribution and/or strong management experience is a plus.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient with all MS Office applications - especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience Level:
- Intermediate Level
