Customer Service Representative

Responsible for coordinating and performing numerous customer service functions for specific assigned customers efficiently, resulting in excellent customer service.
Achieves level-specific expectations of productivity and accuracy, while performing job functions such as -
- Answering inbound calls – no sales calls or cold calling
- Pre and post sales assistance
- Answer questions about products
- Enter orders - sample swatches, quotes, new orders, etc.
- Status updates/order tracking
- Troubleshooting using available guides
- Enter orders – parts, repair, remakes
- Issue credits
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Customer service experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Computer skills - data entry and Microsoft office
