Position Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Philadelphia, PA 

Industry: Commercial & Industrial Equipment Supplier

One the largest distributors of HVAC/R products in North America is looking to bring on an experience accounts payable profession to their team!

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience processing 100+ invoices daily

• 2+ years’ experience with large ERP (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, etc.)

• Commutable to Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities Include: 

• Process 3-way match of 100 – 150+ invoices daily 

• Work and communicate directly with vendors for all inquires 

• Creating V-Lookups and Pivot Tables within Microsoft Excel
