Process Development Scientist

A gene therapy company in Philadelphia is seeking a Process Development Scientist to join their team. The candidate will need to work well independently, but will also work closely with 2-3 other scientists.

Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out chromatographic and non-chromatographic purification experiments under the guidance of lead scientists.
• Conducting analytical characterization of experimental samples and carrying out data analysis.
• Presenting findings and suggestions for a path forward.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a scientific related field
• Minimum of a 3.5 GPA
• Chromatography
• Purification
• Process Development

Work Environment:

• Hours: flexible start time, anywhere from 7am-9am, and then finish out an 8-hour day
