Job Description Summary
Responsible for providing payroll services to clients. Activities include payroll processing, direct deposit payments, online pay statements, etc.
Handles employee data receipt (time, attendance etc.) and validation. Follow-ups on incorrect pay information. Standardizes client’s payroll processing system and procedures on a global basis, and provides timely, efficient and accurate processing of payroll data. An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Requirements: Experience with ADP Work Force Now is strongly desired. Associate's Degree in Accounting. Must also have 1-3 years' experience working in payroll or similar role, and working knowledge of basic accounting principles, and payroll practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. High numerical aptitude and detail-oriented. Possibly some with Benefits/Benefits reconciliations’. Prefer someone with experience in large companies with multiple tax ID’s and multiple locations throughout the US.
Experience working heavily in ADP & SAP
Ability to track international employees, various employee contracts, and various employee allowances
Process payroll using SAP, Workday, and ADP Workforce Now for both USA and Canada
Assist in employee payroll, W-2s, and various other payroll related issues
