Aston Carter has an immediate need for multiple Customer Service Representatives for a large client in Wilkes Barre, PA starting 1/4/2022! These are Contract to Hire positions with a Monday - Friday schedule. No Weekends!! !

This customer service representative will be responsible for the following:

  • Verifying insurance
  • Assisting with general policy questions
  • Taking initial claim information
  • Reviewing billing information

Interested candidates should meet the follow qualifications:

  • 1+ Year Customer Service Experience (Call Center, Retail, Food service or similar role)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience working in a fast paced and detail orientated environment

This role is currently training remotely, but will go to a hybrid role of 2-3 days per week onsite.
