Aston Carter is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative position with a manufacturing client in the York area!
Job Description:
The CSR will be handling incoming calls from customers in regards to service and orders. This is much more than just customer service, as it also acts as an "Account Manager" type of role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Provide excellent service to answer questions, resolve issues, etc.
- Look up and provide prices for parts
- Enter sales orders into the system
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed
- A lot of follow up with customer accounts for order processing, ensuring they received the orders, any errors with the orders, etc.
Skills:
- 1-3 years of Account Management Experience
OR
- 1-3 years of Manufacturing CSR experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Long tenure at previous companies
- Account Management experience
- Order Entry experience
Pluses:
- CSR experience within a manufacturer
Experience Level:
- Intermediate Level
