TThis is an Electro-Mechanical Tech 3 role, which will act as a Reliability Technician and be responsible for York and Lancaster plant operations from a High Level Maintenance perspective.The Electro-mechanic III takes a lead role in electrical work and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) having complete understanding and ability to maintain, troubleshoot and program these systems. They are responsible for supporting production by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing all production equipment. In addition, this position will support the overall facility maintenance including but not limited to: plumbing, snow removal, event preparation, basic construction, painting, etc. The successful candidate will possess significant experience and an in-depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment installation and maintenance. They will have a genuine desire to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently, utilizing good work practices as part of a maintenance team or when working independently with minimal supervision. They will adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to, the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out - tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies. Additional responsibilities will include: periodic training of proper machine operation and maintenance, assistance with creating SOP and other related documentation and cross-training into other job functions as needed. This position requires routine attendance to departmental, production, safety and Company meetings. Machinery includes: Industrial Shredders (Shredding full tires) Grinders Separation Equipment Heavy Molding equipment Laminating Equipment Large Rollers and Packaging Equipment 1st shift 6:45am to 3pm

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required; Advanced degree, apprenticeship in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent years of experience (5+ years industrial Electro-mechanical experience at Electro-mechanical II level) 7+ years industrial maintenance experience in a similar working environment; operating hand and power tools, precision measuring or testing devices (tape measure, calipers, metric & standard) 7+ years’ experience and knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and machine shop tools and equipment in order to perform preventative maintenance, major repairs, complex machine set-ups & installation of parts Proven analytical skills to determine root cause to repair & improve machinery Knowledge of 6S and Lean Manufacturing techniques Experience programming and troubleshooting advanced PLC controls Advance knowledge and experience using all multi-meter, amp meter, oscilloscope and other electrical test tools necessary Electrical skills to include: all phases of electrical construction and installation, electrical circuit troubleshooting, change fuses, check voltages, replace & install variable frequency drives and motor controls on systems which include 120/240/480 volts Ability to read, understand and modify blue prints, schematic drawings and diagrams Ability to work well with team as well as independently Ability to take a lead role as required Experience in major equipment/system upgrades/revisions both electrically as well as mechanically including control systems Knowledge and experience in welding and fabricating techniques 12 months Fork Truck experience Reasonable English fluency (read, write, speak) Advance computer skills (email, PM schedules, work orders, etc.) Ability to work in a stressful environment (loud, dirty, confined spaces, etc.) Valid PA driver’s license with ability to drive 24,900lb box truck or flat bed with manual or automatic transmission Ability to exert up to 130 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force fre
