Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

Program Manager - Global Ship Design Group
- Responsible for managing a diverse team of lead engineers and naval architects to deliver products on time and budget to the end customer. Overall project teams may include more than 100 contributors within Leidos Gibbs & Cox.
- Direct interface with international customers to present technical and commercial updates.
- Responsible for budget management for Bid and Proposal, FFP, and T&M projects
- Responsible for developing program management deliverables, in conjunction with our customers, to provide a clear execution strategy. Includes Risk Registers, Schedules, Management plans, and Contract Ts & Cs review.
- Responsible for project specific program execution responsibilities, including IT, financial briefings, export control, security, pricings, and project unique procedures.
- Leidos Gibbs & Cox is a Matrixed Organization this position requires the candidate:
- To interface with the Functional Management team to identify staffing, manage project schedules, and maintain labor budget budgets.
- To work with Internal Leidos Security, Global Mobility and the Leidos International Risk Team to establish and manage a global Ex-Pat workforce, if required.
- To maintain a flexible work schedule as required to support international meetings and manage an international workforce.
- Work directly with Leidos Contracts and Procurement Staff to research potential subcontractors to gather inputs and quotes for proposals
- Full scope development of capture products, from write-ups to pricing
- Export Control management of proposal international subcontractors and partners
- Research and develop new business opportunities and support gate reviews
