Accelerated Digital Media is a Performance Marketing agency for growth-minded D2C brands. We are looking for a client-facing, Senior Social Manager to manage 2-4 direct reports and support full-funnel Paid Social strategies.  With the support of our Director of Social and your team of Managers and Analysts, you will ideate, launch, optimize, and report on all Paid Social campaigns. This position is both technical and client-facing, so a deep understanding of Facebook and other dominant Social Media ad platforms, as well as client management/relationship building, is a must.

As a Senior Manager, you will report to the Director of Paid Social. The Senior Manager will directly oversee 2-4 Managers. With the support of Analysts, the Managers will support 15-25 clients. The Senior Manager is expected to provide strategic guidance, ensure effective delivery of Managers’ work, and serve as a thought leader for our SEM team. 

The Senior SEM Manager is expected to be capable of driving strategy for sophisticated Paid Social programs at monthly budgets of >100K.

Senior Manager, Social Responsibilities 

  • Provide strategic guidance and troubleshooting as needed for all Managers’ Paid Social campaigns and the creative assets needed for those campaigns
  • Execute creative audits and contribute key insights to the creative testing roadmap for priority clients
  • Have a presence on monthly and quarterly calls with 2-4 high-priority clients
  • Support Managers with budgeting and pacing 
  • Quality control all necessary deliverables from Manager to client
  • Support and quality control all new client onboarding
  • Escalate technical support to the Attribution and Analytics team
  • Own client success for the broader team
  • Attend monthly coaching and development sessions with our Senior team
  • Understand the financial goals of the team and position account assignments to accomplish these goals. 
  • Communicate with the Director of the Social Team on the pacing of team goals. 
  • Identify expansion opportunities for clients and communicate these to the Director of Social


  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing monthly budgets >$50,000 per client within paid social platforms
  • Experience with complex Paid Social programs
  • General knowledge of digital marketing
  • The ability to set expectations, communicate expectations effectively to direct reports, and effectively manage individuals towards these goals

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • 4+ years of Relevant Experience
