Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Job Captain who will play a vital role in our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the architecture field and will be proficient with Revit. This role involves working on construction documents and engaging in design processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage construction documents.
• Engage in design development and schematic design.
• Assist in drafting and architectural design tasks.
• Support construction administration efforts.
• Work primarily on residential and institutional projects.
• Collaborate with team members to explore the possibilities a space offers.

Essential Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in the architecture field.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience in creating construction documents.
• Strong drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Experience with institutional projects.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment

The office is located in Providence, RI, and offers plenty of parking. The team works in the office 3-4 days a week with flexibility offered after the training period.
