Position Summary

As part of our goal to continue to innovate and help customers on their path to better health, the Immunizations Team is looking to ensure we are a destination for patients to receive all their vaccination needs in a safe environment that offers a great experience from beginning to end. In this role, as a Senior Manager on the Immunizations Team, you will lead a team in the development of a roadmap that helps people gain protection against vaccine preventable diseases and truly live out the company strategic imperatives. You will lead the discovery and testing of initiatives that will improve the in-store workflow for delivering immunizations. You will leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements. You will partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure alignment and deliver solutions to support our patients, pharmacy teams, and business objectives.

In this role, you will lead a team of product development professionals in launching new enhancements and workflow improvements to our pharmacy teams. This will include the development of training materials and job aids for our pharmacy teams and field leaders. You will regularly interact with field leaders and conduct store visits to validate that system enhancements are working as intended.

This role would suit someone who thrives on collaboration, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and a real passion for healthcare and supporting patients. You will regularly interact with various partners across the enterprise, including digital, IT, patient safety, clinical, legal, inventory, marketing, and payer relations.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product development and working with IT partners to launch new enhancements
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to apply strategic lens to solve problems and build solutions
  • Clear communicator with experience presenting to leadership audiences and other stakeholders across the enterprise to influence key decisions and ensure alignment
  • Travel up to 10% based on the needs of the business


Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of pharmacy workflow and vaccine administration within the pharmacy channel
  • Advanced skills with spreadsheets and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty, and ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve new problems
  • Track record of building high performing teams, with a focus on team culture and development of team members
  • Proven history of fostering agility and innovation by actively working with team on day-to-day work plans and helping team prioritize the most impactful work
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results by actively flexing between delegating to the team and individually contributing to work
  • Master's degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
