Description:
The Supply Department of a hospital system in downtown Charleston, SC is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the department with administrative and data tracking responsibilities.
Job Duties:
- Tracking item numbers, packaging information, and pricing in Excel
- Utilizing Outlook to send email communication regarding pricing and item updates
- Data entry in internal systems
- Perform administrative tasks for supply chain and finance leadership
- Administrative responsibilities for special projects as assigned
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have excellent Microsoft Office experience
- Must have at least 1 year of experience performing functions in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
- Supply chain or healthcare industry experience preferred
- Must be able to commute and work onsite 40 hrs/week in downtown Charleston, SC
