Provide empathy to customers by understanding their financial situation.
Make outbound calls to customers to discuss their financial situation
Discuss disposable income with customers and provide financial options to them
Speak with customers whose credit card has recently gone into repayment
Provide payment options to candidates while understanding their situation
Call center, Outbound calls, Customer service, Collection, Data entry
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
6 months of any customer service experience
Must pass 30 wpm or higher on a typing test
