The Prepaid Operations Specialist I works with the Prepaid Operations team and the Prepaid Client Relations Team in the operational efforts of their prepaid programs. This position will assist in completing paperwork for new programs and preparing daily account sheets for reconciliation. The position will also work on creating reports and reviewing reports for daily reconciliation and MIS.

Duties Include:

Completes the necessary paperwork associated with establishing new bank accounts for the implementation of new prepaid programs

Completes monthly MIS reporting for the prepaid division

Completes monthly statement workbooks for all clients based on the previous month’s activity

Prepares all reconciling spreadsheets daily by pulling in transactions from online banking and the prepaid database.

Pulls in balances from the processor reporting to facilitate the daily balancing

Maintains knowledge of Prepaid Products and industry trends relating to these products

Other duties as assigned


Finance, Banking, Data entry, Operation, Logistics, Claim, Administrative support

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 1 year experience in accounting OR operations experience

Minimum 1 year experience within Microsoft office products (excel, word, outlook)

Experience Level:

Intermediate Leve
