$13/hr Customer Service Representative

The specific contract is to support is the Veteran Affairs Community Care Network, also known as VA CCN, Customer Service Call Center. The call center is responsible for handling telephone, chat, and written inquiries from health care providers. These inquiries may include questions regarding the status of a claim or more complex questions regarding benefits or payment determinations. This position will often require you to handle calls for most, if not all, of your workday. Once reaching expected performance levels, an associate will handle no less than 50 calls per day. In this role, you personally have a more direct impact on the perception of our organization than any other role within the operation.
