  • This position is 100% ONSITE
  • 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
  • **Mandatory overtime is required right now on Saturday's from either 6am-12pm or 7am-1pm** (Overtime will also be offered throughout the week to either come in at 7am or stay in the evenings. Cannot work more than 10 hours in one day.)
  • Incoming phone calls, doing correspondence with contracted clients
  • Average calls that come across the floor are 65 a day.
  • Most inquires through email/documentation
  • Majority of the work will be done on the written level

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 year of Customer Service experience
  • Must be able to provide GED or HS diploma
