Take an average of about 100 plus calls per day from insurance companies Abiding by a script to receive and verify information with insurance reps Will verify the vin number of vehicle, ID number, and Insurance Company they are speaking to Will complete data entry for the vehicle damages Will also conduct the same process from about 7 emails and faxes per day Will be working on a computer going to various screens inputting data given by the insurance company to find the final total of the car Customer service is the number one priority, all calls are business to business calls no selling or having to deal with angry customers There is a conversion matrix that processes what the values would be and about 20% of calls do not give an instant value which is when they go to the Valuators

MUST HAVES: Needs working internet since they are working from home- WILL NEED WEBCAM TO COMPLETE VIRTUAL INTERVIEW Candidates need good work history and cant have had more than 3 jobs in 2 years. If they do, the reasons must be valid and understandable 1 year of customer service experience or professional experience (open to retail, restaurant, etc.) but call center experience is highly preferred High School Diploma or GED
